Our Generation 3, thermally improved suite with inline frame comes in a choice of 22 Powder coated colours, so you can select the shade that suits your individual style. Powder coating the aluminium frames also means that you can enjoy quality colour. This means, with basic care, your frames will still look great into the future.
All of our Powder coating work is carried out by our team of professional staff, with strict safety and quality control applied at all times. As a result, our products are of the very highest standard, with great care and attention given over to their creation.
Before Powder coating, our team will subject the frames to a six stage pre-treatment process, to protect the aluminium from corrosion and accelerate the bonding process once the powder is applied. Having invested in a new powder coating facility in 2006, Rylock Windows Geelong now also has a water-recycling plant to reduce the volume of water used.
As part of our commitment to environmentally friendly manufacturing, this plant was subsequently created in conjunction with the Urban and Storm Water Fund, through the Department of Sustainability and Environment.
